another dreary day, and i got way behind today at work and tomorrow promises to be worse, i may end up so far behind that i'm actually ahead (hehe)...........
made so soup tonight with ox tails, have never used that cut before but the soup turned out absolutely awesome, also made some tuna salad, smokey the cat was in heaven, her 2 sisters where nowhere in sight and she got the bits in the can all to herself........i rarely eat the soup or salad at home but it gives me a couple of things to grab at the last minute to take to work for lunch,
