Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

nice day today, work went okay but they late scheduled tomorrow as a production day so i will have to go in for an hour or two....rats.....i was looking forward to sleeping late, playing some golf and doing a bit of yard work........however i may just good to work dressed to play golf and go from there....
i really haven't any major yard work to do, i still have tulips in bloom and won't disturb them until memorial day weekend, besides i lost several perennials due to the open winter and really haven't decided what i want to do to fill in the holes.........
(pause while trollie wanders off to make a pot of earl grey tea)
i love a steaming pot of tea....i have a small porcelain chinese style tea pot that makes just 2 large or three normal cups of tea..........other then rose hip....earl grey is about the only flavored or herbal (in the case of rose hips) that i drink.....i just like good regular tea.......it's funny that i rarely drink ceylon tea hot, but it's my favorite tea for iced tea.........
i had planned to go out for dinner tonight, which i haven't done for a couple of weeks, got home, checked email, took a shower, sat down in my easy chair and an hour later said for get it and had leftovers for supper, a little ice cream for dessert, and some figs for a snack a little while ago......
the only thing hot about trollie's friday night is the tea............
