Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

de klassisk and black tea......i realize that i have only made one entry today....which is very unusual for me....busy day at work and really didn't sit and take a break most of the day....spent most of the early evening on msn messenger and playing blogshare...and this is a thursday so was watching survivor, actually had tonights result pretty well picked......will be interesting how it plays out from here......because i think it's really to close to call..........have an early in tomorrow so should call it a day but i really am wide awake and feeling pretty good tonight......i had it brought home to me tonight that one of the toughest things to do on the net is tell a joke, particularly when the audience is spread all over the globe.....actually i've been observing the problem for sometime now....the sense of humor while it is certainly universal....it is still a very regional thing in that what i find totally fun, someone from another country, culture, even region might not think is funny at all, or might not get it,or may actually find it offensive,......not just humor but in conversation (as it were) in general something that i might find to be trivial, humorous, or no big deal might actually prove offensive to another.........which never has been or will be my intent.......if anything offhanded i write ever offends then just mark it down as the trollie living in the frozen northcountry who means nothing by it.......if i every really get pissed....you'll have no doubt.....i tend to be an upfront, in your face grace type of guy.......tact is a virtue i neither have nor do i desire to aquire it.......
