Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

well the weatherman was off a little but we'll let him slide, it's nearly 60*F out, lovely day....but i spent 7 hours at work on a holiday...money wise good...every other way.....blaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!.....need to go out tonight and take part in a good friday service...but can kick back for the next few hours....actually have tomrrow off...first saturday off in weeks......

Leopold Stokowski would have been 121 today....not a big deal but one of my altime favorite bugs bunny cartoons has bugs pretending to be "Leopold" so he can get even with a opera star which had got in his hare (and yah i mis-spelled it and yah the pun alert system is disconnected)....anyway they end up destroying the bowl the concert is at ....really a top cartoon in the trollie hit parade.......ranks right up there with "kill the rabbit"
