i posted this morning at home before i walked out to the car and discovered that we had gotten another 3 or 4 inches of snow last night..this is getting to be almost funny......i ain't laughing but it does resemble some kind of perverse joke....here it is april 8th.....the masters will be played this week in augusta....and here i sit under a blanket of snow.....well not literally of couse but you get the drift( oh by the by i've disconnected the pun alert system).....by this time most years i've at least hit a few range balls or actually have gotten in a round or two.....at this rate it will be may before i get to play....it's coming up on 6 months since i played last and i hereby declare that winter is over...........(nuts,,,,that didn't work....just went out side and it's still here).........we only have 3 seasons here in the northcountry ( local discriptor for the section of upstate new york above syracuse)........winter.....just was winter....soon will be winter....drat.....
