well i guess i wasn't losing my mind ( of course there again can you lose what you never really had to begin with)...but the anual weather service report on the winter is out, it's the coldest winter in 24 years, no records were set as far as cold or snow, but it was above average in snow fail, and below average in temperature
i first saw this in the local paper, and went digging for a net article to post PETA urges Hamburg, N.Y. to change name , it's kind of both a personal and local interest to me, having grow up in the buffalo area, and having friends from hamburg.....( the article must be off a wire service because it's identical to the one that appeared in the local rag)
