i've got a busy day tomorrow plus an early in amd here i sit...physically i'm tried but my mind is racing....i suffer from the odd bout of insomnia from time to time still...at one time it was a major problem but i've learned a little better to leave work at work....but that's not the problem tonight.....it seems little the more tried i am physically the more trouble i have shutting down mentally........anyhow smokey is now sleeping on the foot stool and the coast is clear for me to ramble on........but i think i'll try to get some sleep .......
