today i loaded the truckload form hades.....if everything goes right i can load a full load i 45 minutes to an hour.....this one took 4 hrs....first off because of order changes before it arrived i had material for the load in two different locations about 1 mile apart....during the loading i got 4 pages and even with that had two pallets to go and was right on being done in an hour and a half......then 2 pages and 3 phone calls later....i need to add 2 more pallets to the load, but in order to get the load to ride correctly and axles scale correctly i had to unloadcd 3/4 of the load and re-arrange it.......we are now at 2 hours and 45 minutes the load is finished and the driver is pulling out of the yard......at 2 hours 46 minutes i discover that i ....in the process of loading misread the load sheet and had a wrong pallet on....but the drivers cell phone number was in my rolodex---1 mile away.....got a hold of him got him back to the whse but you guessed it mistake pallet was 3/4 of the way to the front of the trailer......4 hrs from the start of the load it was finally done right.....sheeesshhhh!!!!!!.........
