Work was work…some idiot at work opened the wrong attachment apparently and we have a very nasty virus in the servers…fortunately we are almost fully converted to net based system but still a pain…
As I write this cat smoky is snoring on my bed…dang that cat could snore the siding off the house…
Got 2 country pork ribs with bone in last week and thawed them and made a “pot” tonight…the aforementioned ribs…somewhere between a half and three quarters of a pound…potatoes, onions, garlic, cabbage, a bay leaf, a chicken bouillon cube, salt and pepper, and water. Simmered a tad over two hours…cut the meat from the bone and added a can of yellow wax beans and 3 hands full of extra wide egg noodles…pure comfort food joy…actually except for the flavor of those ribs that pervade the entire “pot”…the meat really takes a back seat in this one to the veggies…
