It was a cool..dreary..damp day here..with light rain on and off thru the day..I was dead on my feet as it were last night and basically was out almost as soon as my head hit the pillow..awoke twice during the night..the usual side effects of the fact that one of my meds has diuretic properties..and again..went right back to sleep..the problems started just after 3:30 when I awoke the third time..about a half an hour earlier than my /usual 04:00..but I must have slept in an awkward position because I awoke to a nagging pain in my left shoulder..a few years ago I fell and broke the small ball on top of my humerus..clean off..and it healed out of position..I had two options..I could have had surgery to replace it with a metal ball so they could reconnect the joint..or I could leave it as is and go through physical rehab..if I chose the surgery it would be another 6 months in a sling and recovery..and they couldn't promise me any more mobility that to leave it was it was..maybe if I hadn't been in my 60s at the time I would have chose differently..but chose to forego the surgery..but some times if I sleep on it too long..it does like to "yell" at me..so I knew that until it quieted down there was no point to try going back to sleep so got an early start....
Being Tuesday housekeeping was in..and after they left had just about enough of my "fortress of solitude" and walked to Aldi to pick up a few things..could of waited from a needs point of view..but not from the stand point mental attitude....
When I checked my stats here on "Troll 54 Where Are You ?"..something I do every morning discovered that I got hits from a porn bot again..Monica22 was back..only she's apparently moved from the Ukraine to Romania..oy vey..but with the way I have my privacy settings set..the can view but not post..and I have comments set so I have to approve them before they post..so no harm/no foul....
There hour approaches..nite all....
